Do you suffer from chronic back pain? Looking to live a more pain-free life? 

Rediscover proper posture and attend Movement at the Thames Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8am or 10am on the second floor of the Thames Club. All classes are 45-minutes and are completely free during this introductory month!  For your free first month, receive hands-on guidance with this yoga-inspired and low-impact class to work on a variety of foundational movements such as hip mobility, lumbar stability, core strength and flexibility. All of this geared to having you live a more energetic and pain-free lifestyle. 

And! After class, there will be an smoothie and snack option for sale at a modest price to enjoy on site or to take with you provided by the Thames Club staff.

More about the Instructor:

Brandon Tyler received his Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Acting from Northern Kentucky University where he began his now 6 year strong yoga practice as well as a variety of other movement techniques that accompanied his theatrical training (i.e. Alexander Technique, Russian Droznin Movement, Lecoq, etc.). Shortly after obtaining his degree he received his Personal Trainer Certification at which point he began his fitness career in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a Personal Trainer for Sweat Fitness. As a recent transplant to the New London area, Brandon Tyler’s goal with this class is to provide a comfortable and un-intimidating venue for exploration of movement drawing from his experience as a personal trainer and his yoga practice, specifically for those that have found a decrease in their mobility as well as those that may be experiencing more and more aches and pains with age.
